Toya Todoroki was born into a family of heroes, but he never felt like he fit in. His father, Endeavor, was one of the most powerful heroes in Japan, and Toya always felt like he was in his shadow. Toya had always been fascinated by technology, and after a tragic accident that left him partially cybernetic, he decided to use his new abilities to become a hero himself.
